The Booroomooka Angus Stud has been owned and managed by the Munro family at Bingara, NSW since 1926. Today the cow base of over 700 functional Stud females and 1300 commercial Angus females operate in a tough environment.
On Friday 15th August 2008, Booroomooka Angus celebrates 83 years of commitment to breed advancement. Buyers will be given a tremendous choice, to pick from 180 High Quality Bulls at Value. The breeding principles emphasise economically important genetic traits, with fertility, good growth, carcase quality, doing ability and finishing ability vitally important.
High quality sons of Industry Leading sires will sell including 33 sons of new Sire Right Time 338, 17 sons of New Design 1407, 11 sons of Yogi Z27, 24 sons of Westall, 18 sons and grandsons of Undertaken and 8 sons of Neutron. A great line of yearling Bulls, whose dams include some of Booroomooka's best Donor cows will also sell.

All Bulls have passed a Veterinary Bull Breeding Soundness Evaluation and are Guaranteed. Lehman and Frame, Inverell (ph 02 67222283) are the selling agents and Luke Scicluna is the guest auctioneer. Booroomooka Angus is located 2 hrs south of Goondiwindi, 2 hrs north of Tamworth or 1 1/2hrs North West of Armidale.
